The Chain of Hearts (Ceropegia woodii), also known as the Rosary Vine, is a delicate trailing plant that can grow up to 90cm long. It has green heart-shaped leaves, with hints of deep purple toning on the underside, and the occasional soft pink flower. This plant is highly sought after and is a stunning match to pots of blush colouring. Perfectly compact in a size that will complete any gift basket or special occasion.
Sold in quantities of 13 x 12cm plants per box. Please note, only two separate varieties may be mixed in a box for shipping.
