Under no circumstances are we able to sell these items individually, or in bulk, to those who do not fit the above category. While we always try our very best to fill all orders we receive, it can be more difficult to fulfill orders sent to us at the last minute. We ask that all orders are in by 12pm the day prior to dispatch. If you would like to make changes to your existing order, please get in touch with us via email or phone and we will update it for you. Once an order has been placed through the website, it is printed off and given to our dispatch team. Any additional changes made are updated on the hard copy records only. If you would like to confirm what you have on order then email us and they can provide you with an update order sheet. We appreciate that the unexpected can happen and you may need to cancel your order. To ensure we are able to assist with your request we require a minimum notice of one working day prior to the dispatch date of your order. All orders cancelled within that 24 hour period may be subject to a $40 Cancellation fee. The notification needs to be sent via email and should include; the date of expected arrival of your order, the products and quantities you wish to cancel and the reason for your request.
