OrderingAs we are B2B company, we only sell our cut flowers and plants directly to our account holders who are florists, flower wholesalers, Garden stores and other related businesses. For businesses For personal use No, we are currently closed to the public. Unfortunately, no. Due to contracts and royalties, the sale of our plants are strictly limited to New Zealand Commercial Cut Flower Growers. Under no circumstances are we able to sell these items individually, or in bulk, to those who do not fit the above category. If you are a NZ Commercial Cut Flower Grower, click here to view our current range. While we always try our very best to fill all orders we receive, it can be more difficult to fulfill orders sent to us at the last minute. We ask that all Auckland orders are in by 10AM for same day delivery & out of Auckland orders to be in by 12.30PM the day of dispatch. If you would like to make changes to your existing order, please get in touch with us via email or phone and we will update it for you. Once an order has been placed through the website, it is printed off and given to our dispatch team. Any additional changes made are updated on the hard copy records only. If you would like to confirm what you have on order then email us and they can provide you with an update order sheet. There is no limit to how far in advance you can place your order.* We work on a first come - first serve basis so the earlier the better. We recommend especially with wedding orders, that you place your order through as soon as everything is confirmed with your customer. If you are wanting David Austin Roses, we also recommend that you place your order in as soon as possible as these are in extremely high demand. *not applicable during special events (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas) We are unable to run parallel pricing on the website that will pick up the date that the order is going to be dispatched when the order is placed. A Standing Order is a hassle-free, automatic weekly repeated shipment of your selected flowers. If you want to know more about starting a standing order (as well as the benefits of being a Standing Order customer), please email us. Please note our Indoor plant range cannot be subscribed to as a standing order. If you already have an online account with us, you can read about our Standing Order Programme on this page. No, there is no minimum spend amount. While it is preferred that all orders are over the value of $100, we know that on occasion this isn't always achievable. All accounts with us are required to be set up to direct debit, which runs on a 7-day payment process. DeliveryYes! You are more than welcome to pick up your order from our Riverhead Branch (241 Riverhead Road, Riverhead). We are open for collection of flowers and plants on Monday - Friday between 8AM to 4PM. Our same-day delivery service is available to customers located in Auckland CBD, West Auckland and North Shore. Our Auckland courier collects from us every morning. Deliveries to East Auckland, South Auckland and outer Auckland regions would go on our overnight delivery service with Fastways courier. All out of Auckland deliveries are sent on an overnight delivery service with Fastways courier. These leave from us at about 2PM and are delivered the next day. An email is sent to you from Fastways, with tracking information. Whilst Fastways cannot guarantee a delivery time, as it depends on their run for the day, they do try and deliver to all business addresses first. FlowersAll of our flowers are available all year around, due to our glasshouses and plastic houses growing methods. This allows us control the conditions. However, please note that we receive less production during the colder winter months. Gypsophila, Limonoium, and Solidago do grow all year around, but are a flush or bust crop - meaning we often have lots of it or nothing at all. We try our best to foresee this and we try not to take orders when we aren't going to have any available. However, if you have placed anything on order and we aren't able to fulfill it, we will let you know as early as we can. 10 stems per bunch 5 stems per bunch Sold by the bunch We have two predominant pricing periods throughout the year - Summer & Winter. Among these two price lists, we do have special price lists for peak periods, namely - Christmas, Mother's Day & Valentine's Day. All price lists are emailed out to all customers before they come into effect. We pride ourselves on the high quality & freshness of our product, so if you aren't happy with them, neither are we! In the very rare occasion that you aren't happy with our flowers, simply send us an email with the photo of the affected product for us to discuss. Auckland CompanyYes, you may have seen our glasshouse occasionally featured in local media. We have a Press and Media page that you can view here. Feel free to email us regarding any media-related related enquiries (e.g interviewees, images, location hire, etc). We do tours for floristry schools, floral art groups and gardening clubs.
